We are now accepting applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager II (Orthopaedic Theatre) for one of our biggest client. The CNMII is a crucial member of our nurse management team, responsible for the effective coordination and management of department activities and resources. This role involves serving as a role model, fostering a culture of open communication and adherence to best practices in nursing care. The CNMII will provide clinical expertise, guidance, and support within the multi-professional team. Candidate requirements: Registration with NMBI Strong commitment to patient safety and quality Minimum of five years of post-graduate theatre nursing experience Up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience in theatre practices, with a focus on orthopaedics At least three years of experience in a people management role A management qualification is preferable Proven leadership and change management skills Excellent understanding of contemporary nursing practices and skills Strong decision-making and organisational abilities Vision for the development of services We also have vacancies for CNM2- Orthopaedic, peadiatric and cardiac in Dublin and Cork.
