Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Nursing Home in Kilcolgan, South Galway.

This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000 and operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland.

Overview of the role: Cpl are now accepting applications for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Kilcolgan, Co. Galway. The roles available are full time permanent and will require availability to work weekends and nights.

Duties: Clinical Practice Medication Management Staff Supervision & Training Auditing Residents/Relatives - Person Centred Care Management Qualifications: BSc in General Nursing or equivalent. Previous managerial training/experience is an advantage. Registered on the NMBI live register. Excellent Leadership, Organisational, and Communication skills. Sound decision-making ability.
