Our BNM Recycling Business Unit currently has a need for a Commercial Office Administrator on a permanent basis.
The role will be based in from our office at Bord na Móna Recycling – Nenagh and will report to the Depot Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Administration & Commercial duties.
The Role: The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: · Performing general and specific administration duties to support the business needs (e.g., file logging, document control, postal duties, and stationery stocktake and ordering) · Manual invoicing, and when necessary investigate all credits and process.
· Working closely with different areas such as; compliance, customer service, operations, accounts, master data and sales teams to enhance customer service activities.
· Confirming routes daily and liase with drivers where needed.
· Cover the weighbridge on a Saturday rota - approx.
once every 4 weeks.
Help cover holiday and other leave.
· All employees are expected to co-operate fully with all provisions taken by the company for ensuring Health and Safety, and Welfare of co-employees and members of the public using the premises · Show courtesy to all customers and members of the public at all times as well as work colleagues.
Report any difficulties encountered with others to the Depot manager.
The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes.
· Minimum 1 years of similar experience · The ability to Work both independently and collaboratively within a wide team · Waste Management / Admin / Customer Service experience a distinct advantage · Word, Excel, typing skills requirement · Good Written and Verbal English essential.
· Must be flexible to work across different work sections within the business.
· Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
