THE ROLE Working as part of the Commercial Team in Uniphar Retail Services, the main duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Administrator role are to provide administrative support to the commercial team in order to maximize sales and margin while also identifying opportunities for efficiencies.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ·Working as a key member of the commercial team in order to gain a better understanding of the entire retail services business.
·Support the activities of the Commercial team when dealing with manufacturers on a day to day basis.
·Ensure accurate and complete pricing schedules are maintained.
·Calculate and administer rebate calculations on a monthly basis to specific timelines.
·Administration & product set up duties to include data maintenance & clean up activity as required.
·Manage customer & manufacturer queries and ensure they are logged and dealt with in a professional, timely manner.
·Work with the commercial team in maintaining all product deals on SAP.
·Manage customer pricing queries in conjunction with the Uniphar Finance team.
·To schedule and produce reports to required timelines and perform data analysis.
·Operate as a team player and positively contribute to achieving the growth targets of the business.
·Other commercial duties may be assigned from time to time in line with the changing needs of the business.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED ·Good time management and planning skills.
·Flexible, innovative approach to work.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Good team player with the ability to work cross functionally.
·Target driven - experience in meeting deadlines on daily /weekly / monthly basis and used to working in a busy environment.
·High levels of resilience and tenacity.
·Highly numerate and competent on common applications i.e.
Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
Knowledge of SAP an advantage.
