Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and committed Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support for our BSS & AquaLibra teams. In this role, you will facilitate better decision-making and improved customer service within the broader commercial team, including Sales, Accounts Receivable, Contact Centre, and Supply Chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry (Account setup, Trials, Agreements, Returns) & ensure data quality is of the highest standardPrepare Agreements for closing, customer communication & checksCapture & Entry of Return Requests from representatives and input to OnePosting systemRevise pricing on system & monthly reportProcessing Pool Reconciliation Forms & Marking Assets OffsiteProspect Data Entry & poolingMaintain data of Customer Sets (Key Account Groups)Ensure the accuracy of internal/external pricing/promotion data to facilitate the reduction of account queriesSupport the Business support team through flexibility, systems knowledge and ability to use Microsoft packagesProvide cover to Accounts Receivable functions and debt collection when requiredInput and reconciliation of credit notes into the systemData Cleanse for new incoming systemProvide cover for Sales Admin function role when requiredRequirementsResponsible, logical and ability to deal with high volumes of data entryStrong attention to detailExperience managing and taking ownership of workload and commitment to meet weekly and monthly deadlinesStrong IT abilities - Working knowledge of Access along with other Microsoft suitesLogical approach to dealing with problems, ability to work well under pressure and previous experience of working on own initiativeGood communication and interpersonal skills
