Join our Haleon Commercial Associate Graduate Programme, based in Dublin, Ireland, starting in September 2025.

You'll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various business functions and receiving coaching and mentoring every step of the way.
Throughout the programme, you'll have the opportunity to:
Work on impactful projects that contribute to our business goals and help improve the lives of our consumers. Lead initiatives that influence our strategy, operations, and customer relationships. Build strong communication and leadership skills as you collaborate with customers, internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners. Take ownership of your personal and professional development, with support from your managers and peers. Be part of a purpose-driven company that puts the consumer at the heart of everything we do. Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2025 and provided proof of Degree. Role Start Date: September 2025
