Commercial Manager | Dublin €Executive Level Salary (€125-150k all-in) & Benefits (car, pension, bonus's & more) The Role: A unique opportunity with a national/international construction group, based in Dublin HQ. Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Leinster. Sectors include traditional construction, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.
The Candidate: You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, and maximizing commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff. You will also contribute at the Senior Executive level by introducing innovative business methodology and strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.
The Opportunity: A 'critical' appointment, based in Dublin (with hybrid options), integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
