Commercial Manager

A leading Irish Developer is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee projects in Dublin and the Leinster region.
Having recently secured projects throughout Dublin, Leinster, and the Southeast, the company has established itself as a leading developer.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects in the residential sector.
You will be a results-driven QS with demonstrable experience managing staff and projects and will have strong contractual awareness and people management skills.
Duties: Managing suppliers and subcontractorsOverseeing the procurement of new suppliers & subcontractorsPreparing monthly CVRsManaging the project's cash flowIdentifying and managing risks and opportunitiesActing as a mentor to junior surveyors and offering commercial support and guidance to your immediate team and the wider project teamOn offer is a market-leading salary and benefits that will be tailored to the individual.
