Commercial Manager | Summerhill | €Fully Neg DOE A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Manager - Summerhill,Co Meath. This is a permanentopportunity and will report to the Managing Director. Key elements of the role . Role summary: This role will be overseeing our day-to-day commercial operations. As Commercial Manager your primary role will be to ensure existing projects are operating within agreed targets from a commercial perspective. In conjunction with our operations management teams, you will be responsible for driving, delivering & forecasting the cost and scope of projects within the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing, supervising and liaising with the estimating department. Agreeing and negotiating contracts. Negotiating and appointing Sub-contractors. Reviewing & approving valuations for our main contractors. Negotiating terms & conditions including final accounts with our clients. Ensure all completed works are billed correctly Ensure all payments to Sub-contractors are in line with budget and contractual targets. Ensure knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to pre-sales facilitating an efficient sales approach and a profitable project delivery. Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Confer with management, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation Key Skills & Responsibilities Experience in a similar role is essential. Understand contractual programs & adherence to deadlines.
