Overall Purpose of the JobBasic preparation of food and beverages, simple cooking, transporting and serving of meals, general Kitchen and Restaurant duties.
Main duties and responsibilitiesDeliver high quality FoodSpace services at all times.Assist in the supervision and control of all food and beverage items from the Kitchen.Ensure that the service of all meals is to the standard laid down by the Company and meets the Client's specification and Head Chefs Standards.Obtain supplies and purchases from Company appointed suppliers or site specific.Control of raw materials and portions are to the Apleona standards.Prepare all food using fresh and local produce.Maintain health & safety standards at all times.Qualifications and ExperienceRecognised Professional Culinary Qualification or 2+ Years in a comparative Kitchen environment.Previous recent experience within a working kitchen.Knowledge of Kitchen Health & Safety Procedures and all Legislative Requirements.Stock Control.High Quality Food Production.Permission to work on a full time basis in Ireland.Working PatternMonday - Sunday, 39 hour shift pattern.
