**Work Location:** Our staff primarily work in patients' homes across the country.
Each shift starts at the first patient's location of the day.
**Shift Details:** Shifts are 12 hours, including a 1-hour break.
Full-time staff typically work 3 to 4 days per week.
**Responsibilities:** - Provide a high-quality community nursing service for patients, adhering to policies, procedures, and best practices, to ensure a smooth, evidence-based care experience.
- Administer IV antibiotics in the community, a role requiring significant expertise and the ability to operate independently.
Comprehensive training and support are provided to maintain top-tier patient care.
- Collaborate closely with team members to foster an integrated team culture, making use of diverse skills and experience for the best outcomes in service delivery.
- Ensure that health care assessments and services meet access and eligibility standards.
- Maintain accurate and effective records, including using IT systems, in line with organizational policies.
**Skills:** - Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Background in community healthcare or pharmaceutical services.
- Competency in IT Systems, Risk Management, and Feedback processes.
**Essential Requirements:** - Valid driver's license.
