Responsible for the operational management and ongoing development of services sup-porting people with complex needs.
These are customer focused and cost efficient, and op-erate within Person Centred Planning frameworks and processes.
Minimum Education & Skills required A third-level qualification in health and social care is essential.
Full, driving licence is essential Project Management, People Management / Leadership training or programmes; MAPA Training, Safeguarding Training amongst others.
Autism Awareness highly desirable A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
Job Duties & Responsibilities To line manage plan, develop, implement, and manage appropriate personal development, health, educational, recreational, and occupational programmes within the Re-source Centre, in consultation with clients and the Staff team, and as directed, advised, and guided by senior management.
To ensure the delivery of high quality, coordinated, and seamless services for example, by implementing regular quality assurance audits, including regular reviews including service user representatives, NRAC, advocates, key stakeholders, and funding bodies.
To plan and develop any other service development proposals as appropriate within the area as directed, for example, home support, respite care and being proactive in the development of new and innovative initiative / activities / and programmes for and in consultation with the service users.
