Company Secretarial Assistant - In-houseOur client is a global leader in their industry, operating worldwide.
They are seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative and dynamic environment, where you will be involved in many aspects of the Company Secretarial function.
What you'll do: Maintain the statutory registers of the Irish incorporated Group companies as required under Irish Company lawPrepare and file documents with the Companies Registration Office to comply with statutory requirementsManage the Company Secretarial activities of the Irish incorporated subsidiariesPrepare documentation to fulfil varied information requests (e.g.
Know Your Client, auditors, executives)Develop strong relationships within the Group and with third party service providersProvide Company Secretarial support in the areas of US/UK corporate governance and regulatory complianceAssist with Proxy Statement, 10-K, and the "Irish" Annual ReportMaintain Group organisational chartsAssist with preparation for the AGM and payment of quarterly dividendsWhat you bring: Excellent attention to detail – critical for success in this rolePersonal accountability for the quality and timeliness of workInitiative to plan and prioritise work in a dynamic environmentInnovation and creativity to offer new ideas and seek ways to improve processesDiscretion, as many aspects of this role involve confidential informationHigh level of analytical ability and commercial awarenessExcellent understanding of corporate governanceIntermediate to high proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbout the job: Contract Type: Permanent
