On behalf of our client, one of the countrys fastest growing advisory firms, we are keen to speak to Company Secretarial Managers with a minimum of 3 years experience.
The role will entail managing and growing the team and building out our clients company secretarial offering with their leading domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities include: The main areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to: - Advise and assist clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Acts 2014.
Provide guidance on new legislation relating to company law and corporate governance matters.
Lead and manage the company secretarial team to ensure exceptional client service.
Training junior staff, delegating tasks, organising planning and reviewing work.
Oversee the quality of the client database and manage the annual compliance diary.
Incorporate companies and prepare de-shelving documents, including details of company officers and share capital.
Oversee various company secretarial transactions to include preparation and/or review of the necessary corporate approvals, Companies Registration Office submissions and statutory registers updates.
Liaise with lawyers, accountants, listing brokers, investment managers, and regulatory bodies such as the CRO.
Conduct legal and non-legal research on behalf of clients and other fee earners.
The Person The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Holds a degree in business law or corporate governance.
Minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has excellent IT skills.
Experience with company secretarial software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Team player who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload.
Proactive in ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed on time and meet or exceed targets.
Flexible, organised, and performance-focused, with the ability to prioritise and balance business needs.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
