Company Secretary

Company Secretary - Financial Services - Cork city with hybrid working option - €65k plus benefits.
As company secretary for our client - you will provide a comprehensive suite of services to clients, including company incorporation, corporate governance guidance, statutory compliance, and the preparation of legal documents.
Other duties as company secretary: Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Draft and finalise legal documents, including contracts, notices, agendas, minutes, letters, and policies.
Develop and implement formal policy statements and reports for internal or external distribution.
Maintain and update client files, ensuring they reflect current status and are compliant with internal procedures.
Qualifications and Experience: Fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in company secretarial practice or corporate governance.
Familiarity with digital governance and compliance platforms.
Some people management experience an advantage but not essential.
