Compensation And Benefits Manager

Cpl HR recruitment have a new position for a Compensation and Benefits Manager with growth plans in place for the right candidate. Driving the compensation and benefits strategy for a very large organisation, you will report into the Head of Rewards in executing this role. The position is based in North Dublin, working a hybrid model of 3 days on site and 2 days remote.
Roles and responsibilities will include: Shape and lead the compensation and benefits strategy.Be an expert and a leader in this space.Lead out on all annual pay processes.Attract and retain employees and new talent through attractive and competitive packages.Design and deliver new initiatives as you see fit in line with the company objectives.Identify trends and provide market insights to key stakeholders.Ensure effective governance processes and controls are in place.Experience and skills required: Progressive experience in a senior compensation and benefits role.Degree and CIPD qualification.Experience in Irish employment law is essential.Strong influencing skills and with an analytical mindset is key to the position.Experience in a fast-paced organisation with multiple stakeholders.If you are interested in finding out more about this role and have the relevant experience in a senior compensation and benefits role, get in touch today to find out more.
