Location: Dublin as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Contract type: Perm A snapshot of your peer group: Business or HR related degreeNumerate and analytical – an accountancy background would be beneficialMinimum of 3 years' experience in a reward/compensation roleExcellent organisational, planning and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment, and act on own initiativeImpeccable attention to detail is crucialExcellent knowledge of pensions, both defined benefit and defined contributionAdvanced MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP's, nested formulas) and MS Word is essentialWorking knowledge of SAP/Success Factors would be an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills, drive and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this roleStrong team player with a can-do attitude and flexible in their approach to workYour responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Compensation Key role in the salary review, bonus and promotions processes throughout the year – this will include preparation of costings and proposals, data preparation and implementation, including on-line Total Reward StatementsCompletion of external salary surveys and benchmarking of compensation and benefits with counterparts in similar organisations on an ad hoc basisWorking with Finance and IT to process all compensation changes on SAP including salary reviews, sign-on / referral bonuses / salary adjustments on change of contract / working hour changes etc.Dealing with compensation queries from employees and their relevant performance managersPension Dealing with pension queries from employeesSupporting employees with ensuring their compliance with KPMG's Risk Management Policies on their Pension FundLiaising with the Risk Management Team on any queries they have with regards to members fundsSupporting the Trustees of the firm's pension schemes as requiredProcessing of annual increases to pensioners where relevantSupporting on the long-term illness/disability schemeThere are a number of pension related projects upcoming, and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of such projects e.g. Auto-enrolmentOther Deal with Risk Management queries on C&B related matters, to ensure KPMG's Independence Compliance system (KICS) is updated appropriatelyAssisting with implementation and ongoing management of new recognition schemeManagement of various other activities throughout the year such as the annual Retired Friends Christmas LunchInvolvement with the on-line Flexible Benefits Scheme in particular at the time of the annual enrolment, but also throughout the yearYour team: The People Function comprises of over 60 people and is central to the success of the firm.
