Job Title: Compliance Analyst Job Description Serve as the escalation point for questions arising during enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews conducted by the immediate team on newly onboarded institutional customers, existing customers triggering EDD, and during Periodic Reviews.
You will operationalise and standardise Compliance's Enhanced Due Diligence policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to US and International regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to streamline processes, empowering our Customer Experience (CX)/IOS team.
This role involves enhancing relationships, gathering feedback, and optimising CX operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
Work closely with Audit and Compliance Monitoring & Testing teams to ensure controls and procedures are being adhered to, and implement appropriate updates where gaps are identified.
Communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, organised, and insightful manner.
Utilise an in-depth understanding of workflows to analyse and report on trends, issues, and quality defects.
