Job Description About this job: We are looking to hire a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance Function on a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months' duration.
Located in Dublin, the Compliance Manager will report to the European Head of Compliance (also based in Dublin).

About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day compliance function operational activities and the delivery of regulatory projects.
This role will require you to: Co-ordinate the annual regulatory risk assessment.  Work closely with the European Head of Compliance to execute the annual Compliance Plan.  Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc compliance reports for Board and sub-Committee meetings.  Support the day-to-day European Compliance operations as required.
Participate in regulatory projects as required.
Qualifications About you: We are looking for a self-starter who has a "can do" attitude and enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
As an ideal candidate you seek a job in a fast paced multicultural environment and possess the following profile: 3rd level qualification in relevant discipline (Law, Business etc.)
is essential.  Professional qualifications are desirable.
5+ years prior experience working in a Compliance function, ideally in (re)insurance.  Conversant in European/UK (re)insurance prudential regulation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as demonstrating your social competence and assertiveness is essential.
Stakeholder management is essential.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team to build strong relationships with colleagues.
