This role will be based on-site in Donabate.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinate construction design team meetings, record minutes and follow up with team to ensure action is takenCoordinate design work with consultants and specialist subcontractors; facilitate workshops to agree/establish timelinesCoordinate design information with the procurement programme, ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescalesProvide input into the preparation of the project programmeCollaborate and communicate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards and procedures, industry codes and standards, utility company requirements and client criteriaPrepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the teamTrack progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all tradesMinimum RequirementsExperience working in a design coordination/administration position, or similar, within the construction industryProficient user of MS Office Suite.
