Vickerstock are pleased to be continuing their long partnership with a leading Construction Consultancy on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager, as they expand into new locations.Your new role as Construction Project ManagerWork on a range of large housing projects.
Manage projects from design to handover.Be the main point of contact for clients.Manage timelines, budgets and risks on project.Provide technical guidance.What you'll need to be successful: 5 years experience in a Construction Project Management role.Knowledge of Residential building projects.
Good to have (don't worry if you don't):Previous consultancy experience.Be chartered, or on your way to chartership.
A degree in a Construction field.
