Graduate Quantity Surveyor - €50m Commercial project Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: €35k - €40k + Benefits The CSR Group is currently working with one of Irelands most well-known main building contractors in their recruitment of a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work initially on a €50m Commercial Project in the Docks area.

The Role Reporting to the projects Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of this prestigious project from commencement to final handover.
Duties will include: Ensure project objectives are met and set a change in process where appropriate Compile the final accounts, variations and valuations Sub-contractors tendering and payments Cost plans Cost reporting Interact with the project team to maximise project procurement, production and strategies Ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design teams and supply chain The Person Degree in Quantity Surveying Hungry to learn Analytical approach to work Work well within a team Ability to work on your own initiative This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Irelands most reputable main contractors that offer continuous development as well as excellent career progression.
