M&E Quantity Surveyor - Industry Leading Main Contractor CSR are working with an industry leading main contractor with the aim to recruit a Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new and existing projects based in Dublin and Leinster.
The successful candidate will work from head office alongside the pre-construction team as well as managing M&E Packages on live sites.
The Company has built a reputation as One of Ireland's most well-known main contractors, delivering a wide range of projects to both repeat business and new clients in areas such as: Commercial Mixed-use Residential Data-Centers Industrial Education Healthcare PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: Degree is Quantity Surveying or proven capabilities in managing the commercial elements on complex M&E packages 5+ years' experience in a similar role strong communicator the ability to identify potential commercial opportunities from design stage to onsite delivery The role will report directly to the Commercial Director and is a stand-alone position.
