Project Quantity Surveyor A well-known main contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
Reporting to a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the day to day running of a project in Central Dublin.
Some current projects include: Data Centre €120m Retail park Dublin - €35m Office Building Dublin - €110m Commercial development - €35m The Role Duties will include: Procurement and management of sub-contractors Cost monitoring and reporting Final accounts Variations Valuations Measurement The Person: Degree in Quantity Surveying 4+ years experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancy Excellent reporting skills Strong communicator Previous experience delivering projects In return, the successful candidate will be offered a leading salary and benefits package along with car / car allowance and continued support and development.
