Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fitout ) Location: Dublin Job Type: Full Time Permanent CSR have an opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor within a highly established Fit out & Joinery Company based in Dublin.
Established over 10 years ago the Company have built an impressive portfolio completing High End Fitouts for many clients in the hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, entertainment and retail sectors all across Ireland.
Due to increased growth and new projects secured they now have an opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of tender & contract documents together with bills of quantities Value management & Cost Control Re-Measurement of bills of quantities Preparation of subcontractor packages Preparation of interim valuations Monthly Cost reporting The Person 5+ years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor Fitout/Joinery experience desirable but not essential Excellent Communication skills Relevant construction related degree/qualification In return the successful Quantity Surveyor will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary & benefits package.
