Site Manager Our client offers a complete interior fitout solution across many sectors including retail, healthcare, leisure, office, hospitality.
They are looking for a fit-out site manager for a leisure centre project in Donegal due to last 24 months.
60-70k salary range with a vehicle fuel card, phone.
laptop and accommodation can be provided.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the fit-out project to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards of workmanship and safety on-site.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and client expectations.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a site manager in fit-out projects, preferably in commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Health and Safety certification is a plus.
