Construction Specialist Recruitment | Structural Engineer

Job Description Our client are a leading engineering firm specializing in innovative structural design solutions.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients while ensuring safety and sustainability.
They are currently seeking a talented Structural Design Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and design structural systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine design requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Perform structural analysis using software tools and manual calculations to assess load-bearing capabilities and material performance.
- Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of (X) years of experience in structural design engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
