Content Moderator - German (€34K P.A.)

I'm currently looking for German-speakers Content Moderators to join a multicultural team in Dublin.
As a Content Moderator, you will be:Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.Skills & Competences:Familiar with social media?A team player?Motivated and ambitious?... then you're the one!
Language Skills:Fluent in German (B2+)Advanced level of English (C1)*If you are not sure about your level of language, we can offer you an assessment. Location: Dublin 3.
This is an office job.
Shift-based. Salary: 31,000 € + 3,000 bonus
Hours: 9-5:30pm, Monday - Friday (flexibility required for weekends and bank holidays)
