In this role you will need to be objective and be willing to review sensitive content following policy guidelines.
Main responsibilities:Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decision is applied.Gaining full understanding and in-depth knowledge of client policies and guidelines.Reviewing user-generated content and editorial-generated content including but not limited to text, images, audios, videos.Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise sensitive text/videos/images.Identifying improvement opportunities and solutions to problems.Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community.What we are looking for:Fluency in the desired language: Dutch.Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.Offer:Permanent Contract.Salary: 32,000.Location: Dublin.Start date: 29th May.M-F 8:30 - 5:30.Benefits:25 days holiday per annum, pro-rata.Tax saver ticket.Bike to work scheme.Life Assurance.PMI Private Medical Insurance.Relocation allowance.And more...This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing companies.
