Contracts Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a temporary Contracts Administrator with an immediate start for a 3-6 month contract for my client based in Swords, North Dublin.
High likelihood of permanency available for the right candidate.
Daily Duties: Raise PO'sLiaise with engineers and suppliers to ensure all appropriate paperwork is in placeChasing of planners and helpdesk to ensure that all documentation is in place for auditable and finance purposesDeal with supplier queries in a timely and prompt mannerTroubleshooting work not billed or cancelledMonthly supplier reconciliations/SubmissionsProvide and maintain accurate and up to date reports and spreadsheets to include regular updates as required to the quote log, purchase order log and invoicesContinuous contact with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of invoices/statementsPreparation of monthly management reports as required including the collation of information for the client reportAbility to present monthly results to management team on a timely basis in a clear and concise mannerPlace orders for consumables as requiredMaintain the shared drive folders, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date, containing all current informationTrack Quotes/ApprovalMaintain Annual Leave TrackerProcess technicians time sheets and overtime by inputting to core systemManaging and overview the gathering of due diligence, assets register for all new premises.Requirements: 2 -3 years' experience in a similar rolePrevious experience raising invoices, PO's and reconciling is essential.Strong reporting skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsGood understanding of accounting processesExpert level and proficiency in using VLOOKUP's functionalityReach out to Shauna with an up to date CV: ******
