Corporate Associate (2 - 5 PQE), Dublin

Opportunity to join the premier corporate team in Dublin to advise on some of the largest transactions in the Irish/European market.

This leading law firm continues to grow year on year and is now looking to recruit a talented corporate associate at the 2 - 5 PQE level.

The quality of work is unquestionably some of the best in Ireland and encompasses not just M&A but also has expertise in corporate redomiciliation migrations, inward investments and group restructurings.

You will be acting for global organisations as well as Irish-listed companies and Irish businesses listed on the NYSE.

You will be both technically proficient as well as able to handle the demands of clients in this fast paced but highly rewarding environment.
You will have gained your experience at a Legal 500 Tier 1 or 2 firm in Ireland or the UK and have solid experience in M&A.
