Corporate Finance Manager - Energy & Infrastructure - Dublin Outstanding opportunity to bring your Corporate Finance experience and skill set to a huge growth sector in Ireland currently and over the coming 10-15 years.
Our client is continuing to deliver exceptional Corporate & Project Finance advice within the Infrastructure, Renewable Energy & Future Mobility Sectors in Ireland and beyond. As the investment into these sectors continues to grow considerably even through a high inflationary period, the appetite for genuine sector expertise is growing weekly!
With this in mind, our client is seeking to attract an experienced Corporate Finance and or Project Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join their expanding unit.
Some of the major functions of the role:Advising clients on strategic direction and make up of their Investments.Business planning & business case design and review pertaining to these strategic investments.Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement of infrastructure assets through different forms of contracting and procurement models.Mergers, buyouts, and disposals - buying and selling businesses and assets in the infrastructure sector.Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP.Working effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior members on progress.Review Excel models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.Review Analytics and present to a range of Boards and CEOs.Day to day progression of assignments to include; planning, preparing and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations.The ideal candidate will have gained at least 5-7 years of Corporate Finance and or Project Finance experience coming from an Energy, infrastructure and or M&A background. You will be tertiary qualified to Level 9 master's level and or ACA, ACCA, CFA Qualified.
