The ideal candidate At least 3 years of Manager experience within retail or hospitality Strong people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration) Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop other Decision-making and problem-solving skills Passion for customer service Be able to thrive under pressure.
