In this role you will: Monitor cost control procedures and collaborate closely with project partners and the project controls lead, ensuring that process requirements are adhered to on an ongoing basis.Assist the project and network leads in identifying, documenting and submitting change requests, following the PCR Process as defined by the project manager.Manage the input of cost commitment and expenditure information to Unifier and SAP, ensuring ongoing consistency & accuracy in the data inputs.Oversee project spend by creating impactful cost reports and conducting deep analysis to identify trends or concerns, communicating any variances to the project team on a regular basis.Manage a comprehensive register of financial approvals, variations and change orders.Stay aligned with the Procurement and Sourcing team to ensure that all forecasted costs comply with contractual obligations and are accounted for accurately in reports.We would love to hear from you if you: Have a degree or comparable experience in construction, business, financial or related field.Have significant experience in project controls.Have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations.Have experience working with systems such as Oracle, SAP and the Microsoft Suite.Are fluent in English and German languages, both orally and written.Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.Since 1974, we've been providing a construction consultancy service that keeps clients coming back.
