Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards and improving processes.Strategic Planning & Execution: By developing and managing the Annual Operating Plan, you will align branch performance with company goals, driving the achievement of key financial metrics and growth targets.Customer Satisfaction: You will shape the customer experience by enhancing customer satisfaction through programs like Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer, ensuring your branches consistently deliver excellent service.Business Development: You will drive business growth by executing the annual marketing and sales plan, building strong relationships with existing customers, and forming new partnerships and alliances within the business segment.Leadership Development: By recruiting, developing, and motivating high-quality customer service employees, you will foster a team culture that prioritizes both customer and employee satisfaction, ensuring long-term success.Warranty & Service Improvement: You will play a key role in identifying and resolving repetitive warranty issues, leading efforts to enhance product and service quality across the branches.Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards will be a critical part of your role, creating a safe and compliant work environment through audits and proactive management.Community Engagement: You will promote corporate responsibility, ensuring that Cummins is seen as a positive force in the communities where it operates, benefiting employees and local stakeholders alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: Strategic Vision and Execution: To be successful, you need strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement a territory-wide plan, translating long-term goals into actionable short-term business objectives for growth and market penetration.Leadership & Relationship Building: You will need excellent leadership and people management abilities, especially in selecting, developing, and managing dealers in Ireland, while also engaging with the UK leadership team and cross-functional departments.Operational Expertise: A deep understanding of supply chain management, including procurement, storage, distribution, and facility management, is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and financial accountability.Collaboration & Communication Skills: Success will require clear, consistent communication to align the Ireland team with broader European and corporate goals, as well as fostering collaboration to address cross-functional challenges and drive operational improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS Education/ Experience: College, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Engineering, or related subject required.Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification required.
