Flexes is currently seeking a Credit Controller for an aviation client based in Shannon, Co Clare. This full-time position offers a contract duration of 12 to 18 months, with the potential to become permanent.
Applicants should have experience in a credit control role within a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities: Ensure payments received are correctly allocated to the relevant accounts and invoices. Maintain high standards when liaising with customers. Follow up on outstanding debts via telephone and email, while updating the system in real time. Allocate client payments and process month-end reports, including aged debt analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Liaise with sales representatives and company management regarding customer issues and queries. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all client needs are met. Provide customers with copies of documents when required. Assist the team with any ad hoc duties as they arise. Skills: 2-3 years' experience in a credit control role. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to manage large volumes of data.
