CREGG is delighted to be recruiting aCustomer Service Representative to join a well-known manufacturing company in Limerick.
Ideally candidates will have experience in Customer Service and should come from a Manufacturing/Technical environment.
Please note this role requires the candidate to be based onsite, fulltime, on a permanent basis.
In this role you will play an essential part between the customer and the business, providing prompt and efficient services to ensure greater customer satisfaction.
Key experience should include reading technical drawings, contract review, overseeing product contract process review and SAP.
Responsibilities: Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order processing function Act as the contact point between Customers/Sales Team and Operations, Quality and Technical Ensure accurate and up to date information is always available to the customer and company Liaising with Manufacturing to ensure committed delivery dates are achieved Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner Maintaining the Contract Review process for New Products/Customers Provide support to Sales Team with timely responses to enquiries Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
Participate in meetings, conference calls, Customer/Notified Body audits as required Timely preparation of weekly/monthly reports Requirements Third level Diploma / Degree in business or technical field Previous experience in a Customer Services role within a manufacturing/Technical environment.
