Senior Training Consultant CREGG are seeking a Training Consultant with experience in project management to join our growing client.
There are open full time and part time positions available.
The successful candidate can work remotely, however there will be nationwide travel to cover customers and some international travel may be required.
Senior Training Consultant Project Management Key Responsibilities: Delivering project management training Supporting attendees until the certification has been passed Liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery of training Design and Develop Training Programmes, incorporating the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure content is current, engaging, and effective Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences, including senior professionals and executives Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement Mentor and coach junior trainers to develop their facilitation skills and subject matter expertise Contribute to team knowledge sharing and uphold the high standards of the Clients training delivery Qualifications and Skills: Strong Project Management experience Qualification in training or education would be beneficial, however the client will provide support to obtain certifications if required.
(PMP Certification would be advantageous) Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Candidates with proven experience with presenting with no previous formal training experience will also be considered Ability to work independently and manage time effectively For more information, please contact Gary () with your CV.
