About Us At Diageo Ireland, our Activation team in an integral part of our On Trade commercial success.
We empower our sales teams with the insights, growth drivers, and tools they need to achieve outstanding performance.
Now, we're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our channel activation planning and collaborate with Brand, Sales and Commercial teams.
About the Role This is a part time role (17.5 hours per week), which will work across a Monday to Friday working week (days and timings to be agreed).The role can be based out of our Dublin or Belfast office.
Your Mission As a key player in our team, you will: Create Excitement: Develop channel activation plans for On Trade that captivate our customers and energize our commercial teams.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work seamlessly with brand teams, our Take Home Trade team and other internal Diageo functions and agencies to implement top-notch plans.
Fuel Growth: Support the delivery of exceptional growth drivers through cross functional teamwork.
Prepare Customer propositions: Input into planning in order to create compelling customer propositions.
Engage Sales Teams: Bring plans to life through engaging and inspiring sales briefings.
Bring a Digital first approach: integrate Digital tools into our On Trade plans Maximise efficiency: Ensure our plans are optimised for return on investment.
About You Commercial Experience: At least 3 years in sales or Customer Marketing roles Creative Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think creatively, distill key insights, frame problems, and provide coherent solutions Persuasion & Influencing Skills: Excellent skills in persuasion and influencing.
Brilliant partner management skills demonstrated through balanced investment decisions leading to effective activities.
A high level of commercial curiosity with a continuous improvement approach for both personal capability and Diageo's capabilities.
Strategical approach, allowing you to find innovative solutions helpful for Diageo, our customers, and consumers.
