About the Job Within our import operations team, the role of Customer Delivery Administrative Support is core to ensuring smooth delivery of our customers orders with related high quality documentation allowing our B2B customers quickly retail the thousands of vehicles we now deliver each year.
This position involves a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations team including audit, data entry, document management and compilation, in addition to liaison with overseas partners on provision of compliance documentation to support both the import and delivery of vehicles to our customer.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Tasks in this Role Manage incoming shipments documentation in line with compliance requirements Conduct periodic data audits communicating to internal team members and related supply partners Perform accurate Data compilation of incoming documentation and delivery to our wholesale customers Entry of readiness status to our logistics management systems Support customer data enquiries and requests Provide general administrative support to the Logistics Operations Team Carry out necessary ad-hoc administration duties.
YOUR PROFILE Experience & Skillset: Highly organized self-starter, motivated by opportunity to drive efficiency and quality in work output.
1-2 years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain, retail back office preferred Enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent time management Highly customer focused with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook required
