Key Responsibilities Monitor, manage and respond to customer queries via phone call, chat and email Process and manage orders Provide comprehensive updates to customers regarding product delivery and delays relating to same Process returns, debits and credits Monitor and process customer quotation requests Opportunity to attend training, workshops and product launches to continuously build upon product and service knowledge Additional ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills Previous experience in customer service focused role with experience using SAP Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Team player with ability to work on own initiative Excellent communication and listening skills People person with genuine desire to help people Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
