ActavoCustomer Sales And Service Representative - HomeCharge Business support Dublin Permanent PART 1: Role Details Role Title Customer Sales and Service Representative Department Actavo HomeCharge Reports To Team Leader Location Dublin 12 PART 2: Role Purpose As a Customer Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for converting HomeCharge electric vehicle leads to sales.
You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries in support of the HomeCharge customer service and sales processes.

Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you Lead to sales management: Converting HomeCharge leads to sales whilst constantly focused on customer's needs and expectations Customer Experience: Answering and resolving customer enquiries with a focus on deliver great customer experience every time Dispatching jobs to Field Technicians and maintaining close contact with Technicians to ensure that customers appointments are kept Responding to Technicians queries, verifying appointments and ensuring issues are dealt with efficiently Providing Technicians with technical information as required Assume ownership and responsibility for all assigned calls and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) Ensuring HomeCharge sale and service administration is kept up to date with all correspondence Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Electric Vehicle products and procedures to deal with every interaction efficiently Compiling call logs and reports on a daily and weekly basis PART 4: Person Specification Experience Previous experience working in a contact centre environment preferred Experience in working in a telesales environment Skills & Competencies (evidence of) Technical Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Sales: Phone based sales skills with excellent lead to sale conversion rates Interpersonal Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required Business Skills Excellent Communication skills Personal Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully as part of a team Flexibility in line with business requirements ACT 1
