Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid in Little IslandDo you have a passion for providing excellent customer service?

If so, we want you to be part of our awesome team of Customer Service Advisors.
You'll earn €28,080 per year with a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.
You'll work Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm, with no weekend working!
You'll join us for a dynamic hybrid role in our lively Little Island office located at 2 Eastgate Rd, Castleview, Little Island, Co. Cork, T45 EK50.
You'll enjoy the best of both worlds, working remotely and collaborating in person with your team around two days per week after your training period.
We anticipate the start date for this role is Monday 17th February 2025.

Job Description: Good to know: On your very first day, you'll dive into a full day of induction at our office in Little Island, where you'll meet the team and get all your systems set up for an incredible training experience.
Your training will be completed remotely from the comfort of your home, with our experienced Trainers by your side to ensure you're set up for success every step of the way.
Once training is complete, you'll enter grad bay, where you'll put your new skills into action and start taking live calls.
Our supportive team will be right there to guide you and cheer you on.
After successfully completing training and grad bay, you'll officially join your team and embark on an exciting new chapter in your career!
Lets talk about the role! You will be the voice of our company, dealing with various customer enquiries and ensuring that they are handled with professionalism and care.

Providing excellent customer service with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customerHandling customer complaints with empathy & integrityManaging high volume calls, webchat & emailDealing with legislations, adjudication & tribunal proceduresUsing multiple systems at any one timeWhat we're looking for: Previous experience within a contact centre role, ideally experience of handling sometimes difficult conversationsProficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneouslyAccurate spelling & grammar and comfortable with high system usageAn active listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needsA self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolutionA positive and enthusiastic person who shares our vision of delivering excellent customer service every timeOn the days you work from home you will require a quiet and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and at least 10 Mbps download speedThe ability to work on a hybrid basis from our office in Little IslandThe ability to start employment on Monday 17th February 2025**subject to interview & pre-employment checks.
