Spa Receptionist

We are now recruiting for Receptionist for our Award Winning Spa.

If you are interested please email your CV to ****** Primary Duties Greet guests and answer any queries with accuracy and courtesy Schedule appointments in the spa's booking system with excellent attention to detail Answer phone calls, voicemail and emails in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service at all times Process payments Responsible for opening and closing of the Spa Maintain a courteous and respectful work environment Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene Be aware of all treatments and any promotions on offer at any given time Requirements • CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC qualification, 1 year experience in a spa environment, ESPA training are all an advantage but not essential

• 1 year experience in a front of house role is desired

• This role includes weekend work.
3-4 days per week.
