Role Purpose We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Life Sales team. Customer Service Advisors are responsible for making appointments with existing clients, on behalf of our team of Financial consultants, on a primarily outbound call basis. The role holder will be effectively managing the diaries of our Consultants to ensure that all appointments can go ahead as scheduled in line with our clients' expectations.
This is an entry level position within the Life department, one which provides an ideal opportunity to individuals looking to carve out a future in financial services. The role holder will receive on the job training and coaching to enable them to excel in terms of their own contribution, with strong encouragement and reward to undertake QFA exams.
