Description Position: Customer Service Support Agent - German SpeakingLocation: Dublin City, IrelandType: PermanentHours of Work: 8 hour shifts.
Rotating 8 week roster with day, evening, alternating weekends and 1 week of night shifts.Salary: €39,000 + bonus values 2-3K per annum & excellent benefitsRole: Hybrid Model - 3 days WFH & 2 days WFO (Onsite Classroom style training for the first 4 weeks and then mentoring/buddy training for additional 4-8 weeks pending on experience onsite as well.

You will be responsible for providing excellent quality service to clients & customers through phone and email, along with providing interdepartmental support. Main responsibilities include:Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in workAnswers calls/emails to our client's standards, by consistently delivering high quality call handling that meets established metrics and goalsFollow guidelines and policies and continually remain updatedAssisting internally with administration as requiredBe committed to learn and develop extensive product knowledge in order to provide correct and timely information to clients and customersRespond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally and liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered.
