Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site in Stratus House Blanchardstown, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with some work on Saturdays also within scope.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or in a pertinent industry. Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.

Answering queries from homecare patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environmentLiaise and coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issuesProcessing orders and tasks for field staff onto our bespoke databaseEnsuring all service levels and targets are not only achieved but are exceeded regularlyAny other ad-hoc office administration duties that may ariseIdeally the candidate should possess the following attributes:
Customer focusedExcellent telephone manner and attention to detailAbility to prioritize workloadFlexible approach to all areas of the roleStrong communication and organizational skillsExcellent computer skills using Microsoft Word & ExcelKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems desirable but not essentialSuccessful candidates will receive comprehensive training on our services, products and systems.
