We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to play a crucial role in scheduling and coordinating the manufacturing and installation of our products.
Key Focus: Scheduling and Coordination As the Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be the management of scheduling our survey, warehouse, and fitting teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
You will work closely with customers to coordinate suitable installation times, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Your role will be vital in maintaining the seamless flow of projects and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
