Location: Dublin City West (20-30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week (hours 8am-4.30pm + 9am-5.30pm)
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours onsite.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries. You will work with a team of 8 people reporting into the Head of the Call Centre.
