Customer Service Executive

One of Irelands leading independent beverage suppliers is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, responding to customer queries, and utilising their digital marketing skills to support the commercial team.
Whats on offer for the successful candidate: 10% of salary completion bonus pro-rata based on months of employment.
20 days annual leave, pro-rata based on months of employment.
Hybrid role, Monday to Thursday, 9am 5:30pm and Friday 9am 4pm.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Inbound customer order capture and processing.
Managing an outbound call journey plan.
Responding to customer queries and complaints.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with external customers and internal departments.
Assisting Sales Reps with online ordering systems.
Assisting with Commercial reporting.
Project involvement utilising digital marketing skills to engage, connect and promote the product range.
Any other role related duties as required.
Essential Criteria: 2 years proven work experience in a similar role.
Strong call handling skills and active listening skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different personality types.
Proficient in IT, for example, Excel.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Desired Criteria: Digital marketing skills or qualification CRM/ERP systems experience desired but not essential.
